Can I join the collective without purchasing the Masterclass?

As of April 2022, To join the collective you must have purchased the Masterclass OR one of our eBooks. The JK Collective is for people that have gone through our course and want further mentorship. To enter the Collective you must have 2 order numbers; your Masterclass or eBooks order #, and your Collective Subscription order #.

Can I do the "Know It All Masterclass" without joining the collective?

Yes. The Masterclass is separate from the JK Collective. We recommend doing the Masterclass first, then if you want further mentorship to join the Collective.

I don't live in America, will the Masterclass still be helpful?

Yes! Many concepts are the same. We have had many purchase from different countries and say the Masterclass, eBooks, and Collective still very helpful!

I can't get the ebook downloaded. I have used all my download attempts and it isn't working.

You get 5 chances to download the book. It is a big file therefor fast internet is recommended. I recommend using your first download to test your internet speed. For some it can take an hour to fully download. If it doesn't work with your first download attempt then try a different internet source. Once the book is downloaded it will show up on a browser page. It is a PDF. Once the book is downloaded be sure to SAVE it to your device (phone or computer). You will then have the book permanently on your device.

There are no refunds for the JK Collective Yearly or Monthly Subscription. If you are signing up for the Yearly Subscription, you acknowledge there are no partial refunds or refunds of any kind. We recommend signing up for the monthly subscription if you are unsure what the next year looks like for your business.
